Monsoon flooding adding to Bihar’s corona woes

Recent news reports from Bihar are not encouraging at the moment with reports that the Indian state is suffering from bad seasonal monsoon flooding. The Duncan Hospital in badly affected by the floods and it is hampering their efforts to aid patients and the local community in general.
